Merge fields for Email Templates

Use the below merge fields to customize employer/employee-specific information in email templates. For more general information, read about creating email templates using the Send Communications tool.

Note: the system will not allow you to send Personal Health Information (PHI) or Personal Identity Information (PII) via email. Therefore, some pieces of employee data are not available to be displayed in an email.
