If a user attempts to log into Maxwell from a lower version of any of the above browsers, an in-app message will explain that the browser is out of date and that the user needs to upgrade to a supported browser.
Note for Advisors
For the best experience as you access tools and information when viewing Maxwell:
- We recommended you use a screen resolution of at least 1200px wide
- Advisor and Administrator view are not supported for mobile devices
- Employee member view is fully supported on mobile devices
