We know that cases may come up where you need to delete an enrolled product in Maxwell Health. For example, you might need to change an effective date of an enrolled product. In that case, you'd need to delete the enrolled product first, and then change the effective date on the eligible product.
IMPORTANT: Before taking the steps below, please make sure you’re deleting a product that you don’t want any record of in the system. Once deleted, it is not possible to replace that product’s history. If this product is EDI-enabled please do not delete the product. Instead, contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or (866) 629-7445 for help taking this action. They will ensure the correct procedure is followed and the EDI file feed is not negatively impacted.
