Internet Explorer Announcement

Maxwell Health is joining other software organizations in discontinuing support of Internet Explorer (IE). As of March 1, 2020, IE is no longer supported. If a user is trying to log into Maxwell with IE they’ll see a page asking them to download a supported browser.  We recommend you switch to Microsoft Edge or another more powerful, supported browser.

Why did Maxwell remove support?

In 2015, Microsoft chose the Edge browser as an upgrade to (and eventual replacement of) Internet Explorer. Because of this, Internet Explorer no longer receives major updates needed to support modern web apps like Maxwell Health. This can disrupt the experience you have when accessing an application like Maxwell Health through your browser. Microsoft has also put out a statement alerting customers about using Internet Explorer as their default browser, explaining that it can no longer meet the standards of modern applications.

Giving you the best experience when you access Maxwell matters. We ask that you use a supported browser to improve your Maxwell experience. Outdated browsers such as Internet Explorer are not compatible with our latest features.
