The Communications tool helps you manage communications with your employees through email and text messages from Maxwell Health.
Maxwell has certain automated messages that employees can receive through text message. Admins and Advisors are not able to customize these messages, but the templates are provided below for you to view.
Note: For more detail on email template communications you can review the System Email Templates article.
Maxwell System Text Message Templates (Not Customizable)
The employee communication preference setting allows employees with a current mobile phone listed in Maxwell to choose to receive important system notifications via text message in addition to the email communications they already receive today.
When enabled, employees can receive text messages for the following automated, system notifications.
Please Note: Text messages are not customizable by Advisors or Administrators.
