About the Pet Benefit Solutions Integration

Pet Benefit Solutions believe pets are family. Pets are good for our health and our hearts, and they rely on us for love and care. Their Total Pet Plan can cover all types of pets, including exotic pets, elderly pets and even pets with pre-existing conditions. They understand Veterinary care is expensive and most pet owners pay for veterinary services out-of-pocket. 

Maxwell Health’s integration with Pet Benefits is an EDI/EDX feed.

About the Total Pet Plan

The Total Pet Plan offers complete coverage for your employee’s pets. Comprehensive coverage includes veterinary care, pet product savings and pet care services.

How the integration works

The EDI eligibility file will be turned on after portal delivery.  Employees who enroll, terminate, or make changes in their Pet Benefit Solutions enrollments on the Maxwell portal will be updated in the Pet Benefit Solutions system on the next eligibility file that is sent over. Any changes that are made to an employee’s profile in Maxwell Health—for example, an updated email address—will be sent on the subsequent file and updated in the Pet Benefit Solutions system.


Employees can enroll all pets in their home for $17.50 per month
