Note: This update applies to only the Advisor role in Maxwell
We recently updated the look and feel of your Maxwell Advisor view!
As of June 28, 2022, when you log in as an Advisor to Maxwell you'll see an updated color scheme, but still have access to all the same features to manage your Clients.
We’ve upgraded all existing users automatically and -- so as not to disrupt your existing workflow -- your setup and the day-to-day experience will remain the same.
It may have a new look, but your Maxwell Advisor access will remain the same:
- Advisor login pages, permissions and access to your Clients does not change
- Advisors will still be able to access the same functionality and options
- Please note: With this update, we've streamlined your access to the Manage ACA option for Clients. This has been moved from the Advisor view but can still be accessed within each individual Client portal (where it is most commonly used today).
- Advisors who use Tempo today can continue to access that from their Advisor view
- Please note: Due to the full service implementation and renewal for employers under the Sun Life +Maxwell offering, you will not access Tempo for these clients.
