ComPsych HealthChampion is an on-demand 24/7 specialized service that helps employees navigate the health care system or answer any benefit related questions. This allows the employee to be a more informed, effective health care consumer.
Maxwell Health’s integration with ComPsych does not require an eligibility file or integration setup to offer HealthChampion. ComPsych just needs to know the Employer name when assisting an employee.

ComPsych HealthChampion is a health navigation solution that helps employees navigate their health benefits, answer clinical questions, resolve claims and billing issues, understand the appeals process and make educated decisions. ComPsych HealthChampion specialists guide employees through the complex health care system and connect them with available EAP and work-life resources.
There is no eligibility file or integration needed to offer HealthChampion. ComPsych will ask who the employer is when assisting an employee. The employer information will be provided to ComPsych by Maxwell.
The cost of HealthChampion services is $1.00 PEPM.
If you offer HealthChampion to your employees through Maxwell, you will receive a welcome email from ComPsych.
If you're an HR Administrator and are interested in using HealthChampion, please talk to your Advisor. If you're an Advisor, please include the request for this lifestyle product at implementation, or use this form to request it off-cycle.
There is information in the portal on the services and a number of who to contact when they need to use the service. Currently this toll free number is the only method to contact HealthChampion. If an employee needs to send HealthChampion documentation (such as bills or EOBs), they will be provided a secure email from their HealthChampion account manager.
Family Coverage & Support
Employees, spouses or domestic partners, and dependent children are all covered. Whatever services the member employee has available, all covered members have available as well.
